Children’s Fantasy Festival – In Aid of Holiday Hunger

This June, we’re bringing a ‘Children’s Fantasy Festival’ to Gregson Lane with the help of a few special friends including Emily Clark and Helen Latham – who’ll both be singing songs from your favourite children’s films.

When: Sunday 30th June
Times: 1pm – 3pm
Where: Gregson Lane Community Centre & playing fields

This event is aiming to gather much needed food donations for the charity Home Start – so all we’re asking for as entry to the event is a tins/items of non-perishable food.

Holiday Hunger pushes many families into food poverty and insecurity. Although some children can access free school meals during term time, there is currently nothing available during the holidays and food banks and donations are crucial to families during this period.

What’s on at the event…

✨Appearances from surprise guests✨
Bouncy Castle
Face painting and glitter painting
Bean bag challenge
Giant slide

Bring your children along in their favourite fancy dress costumes for an afternoon of fun!

If you can’t make the event but would like to donate items of food there are collection drop off points at: Old Oak Garage, Lilac Tree at Holland House Nurseries and Hairlines on Gregson Lane.
